The client is a UK leading home and general merchandiser retailer. They are currently recruiting for a Senior CRM Professional for a 6-12 month contract.
The company is a retailer with billion pound sales, working with two distinctive and complementary brands supported by in-house financial services. The two brands serve customers via networks of stores, online and over the phone media.
They are now recruiting for a Senior CRM and the main focus will be implementing the first phase of a centralized 'direct to customer' (CRM ) strategy. The overall vision and roadmap has been mapped out and this position is to oversee the implementation of the first and second phase;

·Data audit and acquisition strategy
·Behavioral segmentation
·Technology review
·Customer strategy
The ideal person will be able to deliver the above and have a proven track record within CRM, be able to drive business and be customer focused.
