A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Director to report to the Managing Director and working with senior leadership team (HR and Finance).
This role has both client facing as well as operation focus.
A solid background in B2B and ICT and Technology PR is a must, as well as proven people management experience.

The Role and Candidate
An independent, award-winning agency specialising in b2b (with some b2c) communications across the education/educational ICT and technology sectors. This new position has been created to strengthen existing client teams, and to play a leading role in client services and new business initiatives. The agency is particularly keen to grow and develop their people and the right person will have a genuine desire to nurture emerging talent.
The job role will include:
o Account team management, coaching and mentoring, line management.
o Resource planning including billability management and account growth across education and technology portfolio.
o Solid account handling experience encompassing client relationship management and strategy direction; visibility across all account activity and taking an active strategic lead.
o Some hands-on tactical delivery across accounts including media relations and leading on client liaison.
o Business development and client services activity with both existing and new clients across both sectors.
o Strong commercial focus.
