Do you want to work for a boutique digital agency who is a leader on eCRM? They have exceptional experience in data, segmentation, engagement and communications strategy development, and are looking for an experienced Account Director.
As digital Account Director you will manage the development of seven key accounts, paying particular attention to the growth of the accounts as well as managing clients' budgets and financing.
Managing email and social media campaigns is part of this exciting role, making sure that copy is word perfect, and the campaign is to the clients needs. Some campaigns will be international, so knowledge of other cultures and markets would be beneficial.
You will be working in a small team who all love their job, managing a team of three account executives and account managers. They are passionate about digital, creativity and strategy. You will enjoy the camaraderie and social aspect of an agency.
The ideal candidate:
· Knowledge and comfortable with all digital channel disciplines
· Understanding of eCRM
· Experience managing and developing commercial projects for blue chip and public sector clients
· Thrive off developing a small team
· Global and/or Pan-European account knowledge
