Our client, a well known National Executive Agency, is seeking a highly results driven and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join them, on a temporary basis, to manage all aspects of the agencies recruitment marketing and advertising.
The successful Senior Marketing Manager will be required to deal with staff throughout all levels of the organisation; including the Chairman and Commissioners, developing and implementing tailored marketing plans for each individual selection exercise. Responsibilities will include; managing the contract with the external marketing agency; overseeing the design, copy and placements of all advertisements.
The newly appointed Senior Marketing Manager will also be responsible for a number of events programmes in partnership with some key stakeholders; sourcing suitable speakers as required and managing budgets, as well as overseeing the agencies corporate website and supporting work to develop its content and functionality.
Ideally the appointed Senior Marketing Manager will have previous experience of budget and project management, as well as dealing with outsourced advertising agencies. They will have proven ability of being a team player, be confident, highly driven and hungry for a new challenge within the Public Sector.
