Our client, a well known National Charity, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their busy Marketing and Public Affairs team on a permanent basis, to advise and support all colleagues on marketing and copywriting activities.
The successful Marketing Assistant will become a vital part of the department; supporting the Marketing Manager on marketing strategies, taking overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of all mailing lists to increase efficiency and assisting with the analysis of marketing statistics, including cost benefit analysis.
Ideally the appointed Marketing Assistant will have previous experience of administrative work in a marketing environment, have the ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Work, Excel, email and internet and have a commercial awareness to improve business performance.
The Marketing Assistant needs to be highly driven, entrepreneurial and be able to quickly identify the needs of both internal and external customers in order to deliver a prompt, effective and personalised service.
