Our Client, a Charity based in West London, require an Editor to join their busy communications team for a contract of between 3 and 6 months.
The successfully appointed editor will be required to work alongside the Communications Manager to create and implement an editorial style guide for the Charity which will include set messages for use with a variety of audiences. The candidate will also be required to manage deadlines and a busy publications schedule, both electronic and print.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including production of copy and proofreading. The editor must also be confident in producing content for a wide variety of communications materials which will include magazines, posters and leaflets. Experience of chasing copy from colleagues, external workers and volunteers is paramount to this role.
