The successful candidate will implement the MHO marketing and communications plan objectives so that MHO attains the best possible presence and reputation in the market place to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Promote MHO, cost effectively, through all marketing channels so that an effective presence is achieved which impacts on sales and revenue
The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders e.g. Local Authorities, other Housing Associations and other related bodies so that MHO’s market presence is kept to the forefront to achieve sales targets
It is essential the candidate has demonstrable marketing experience within a high profile organisation delivering services and is a graduate with a marketing qualification or compensating experience. You must be IT literate and have experience of using desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheets and databases. You’ll also have excellent working knowledge of publication and print processes.
It is desirable the individual has property marketing experience. Able to use Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Quark skills and holds a full clean driving licence
