With offices based in London this leading healthcare PR agency is seeking an experienced Client Services Director/Account Director to lead the client services team.
This role involves working with both commercial and delivery teams to give commercial focus, leadership and direction to client services.
The Drirector of Client Services will work closley with business development, operational services and the client company in ensuring that the service provided to the client is of the highest level and meets the objectives in terms of cost, quality and desired outcomes. You role will be to lead the Client Services Group in the provision of client-focsued services with the aims of satisfying client expectations and delivering profitability in line with their commercial strategy.
You will work with the business development team on issues relating to project confirmation and once projects are established will lead on providing feedback to the clients regarding ongoing project status. Additionally you will contribute to new business opportunities, as appropriate and will be involved with the Managing Director and Operations Director in analysis and responsibility for the P&L.
This is an exciting new role, and you will have solid experience within healthcare and either looking for the next step up, or in a senior management role already. In return for your skills you will be rewarded with base 65-75K+bonus+full package.
