International Internal Communications Manager – to £50k – Surrey
This is a unique opportunity to develop, drive and lead the overall PR strategy and launch of a major new labelling project for this particular industry's trade association worldwide. Based in Surrey, you will be joining at a time when this Association will be setting a global labelling standard. You will have frequent contact with members associations in 31 countries as well as their external agencies.
As Project & Communications Manager you will:
• Work closely with and report to the Executive Director
• Be responsible for trademark and legal issues
• Handle all practical aspects of label and hangtag requirements
• Develop internal launch communications with the trade and Association members
• Develop external communications with the public
• Maintain a close relationship with the Association's auction partners
• Be responsible for the development of all launch promotion and press materials
Your Experience:
• Successful experience in managing a major project, including legal aspects - either agency or in-house - at senior level
• Experienced at devising PR strategies
• Excellent organiser and confident communicator
• Excellent written creative and media relations skills
The scope of this job is enormous and it would be ideal if you have had senior level project leadership experience that includes all aspects of promotion, event management, communication, crisis management, brand management and even legislative protocol.
