A government organisation is currently recruiting to the permanent position of Senior Press Officer.
Within the communications team the Senior Press Officers run an extremely busy press office managing both proactive and reactive media. Developing new stories and creative ideas that will support media campaigns, you will be key in ensuring that media messages are clear and targeted to the right audiences. You will be coordinating media relations across the organisation and ensuring that all communications are fully integrated with the organisations campaigns moving forward.
It is essential that you have proven experience working with the UK media and are able to produce clear, targeted copy in a fast passed press office.
