A chance to take a key role in a young fast growing company that has doubled business in the last four years. Your position will be to source potential recruits from an existing recruitment strategy and implement other methods through providing ideas through proven experience. You will provide an effective solution for recruitment and will bring results quickly.

You will be an effective communicator therefore able to grasp ideas of fundraising and communicate this through effective client phone relations. You will be adaptable to take on other tasks needed within the office, be presentable and responsible.

Your role will be office based, results driven and you will take a key position in a small company of 5 permanent staff which will grow through your efforts. On achieving good results you will be quickly promoted.

You will be assisting with any marketing needs in the company and helping with proposals.

This is a fluid role working with some open minded entrepreneurial types! So you can really offer up your ideas and strategies and make things happen. You should be confident and go-getting and be able to work without any supervision.

It would be beneficial if you have some recruitment experience or candidate attraction knowledge.
