Up to £40k + bonus

Our client is an expanding Marketing and PR agency with the need for an experienced Account Director that can direct a team efficiently whilst having fun. The company offers great benefits and a lively place to work with like-minded people whilst being rewarded for hard work. The right person will need to be a very strong B2B PR professional to work closely with other department to reach company goals and targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
·Media relations
·Media and business writing
·Running and managing meetings
·Consulting clients
·Budgeting
·Developing PR strategy and campaigns
·Direct and guide staff
·New business responsibility
Skills and Experience:
·6 years experience in B2B and B2C PR
·Must understand different types of media
·Experience with media relations
·Creative writing skills
·Ability to direct meetings
·High level of consultation skills
·Ability to crisis manage
·General understanding of marketing
·Ability to achieve new business (research, planning, pitching)
·Must be a positive, well spoken and driven leader
·Must be able provide support and direct staff on a daily basis
·Must enjoy hands on approach to PR
