A growing and innovative architectural firm based in Putney is looking for a Marketing and PR Manager to join this small and successful company. The firm has a professional atmosphere and they seek to ensure the projects embrace natural resources and encourage socially and economically beneficial environments. The architects are specialists in education, transport and regeneration and they design stand alone projects, master plans and mixed-use developments.
This is a start up function within the practice; given this, the role will require significant energy and enthusiasm as you will be leading Architects into unknown territory, therefore requiring gravitas and creative thinking.
The post holder will essentially be creating their own work but day to day duties will involve PR, marketing, writing and implementing the marketing strategy, leading and advising on business development and client relationship management, facilitating events, creating corporate literature and managing budgets.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a managerial marketing and PR role within an architectural firm. Given that this is a start up function candidates must have experience of devising and delivering a marketing strategy and the confidence to educate colleagues.
