     In-house EMEA Public Relations Specialist

Reporting to:      EMEA PR Director

Based:              Maidenhead, UK

Corel is seeking an energetic, experienced and highly organised In-house Public Relations/ Communications Specialist to assist in building Corel's reputation with EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) press, analysts, bloggers and end users.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing/maintaining targeted media and blogger lists for Corel's product portfolio, launch outreach and lifestyle pitches

• Organising and managing EMEA press tours and launch schedules
• Professional and pro-active handling of all territory press enquiries, interview and feature opportunities B ensuring consistent and accurate external communications
• Developing/maintaining Editorial Calendars to ensure Corel's products are included in upcoming coverage
• Supporting Corel's PR Managers in drafting creative pitches, community/blog posts and press releases that help to generate positive product and trend coverage for Corel software
• Developing/maintaining Corel's EMEA quotes and awards database for use on the company's website, product packaging, eDMs, banners ads, etc. Plus coordinating directly with publishing houses for approvals
• Maintain Corel's SharePoint PR pages with upcoming announcements, events, professional development opportunities
• Devise creative and seasonal local press releases and drive and oversee the process of press release approval, adaptation, translation and distribution - adhering to strict approval process
