Following new business wins, RSM is expanding its PR/communications team. With several years experience under your belt, you’ll focus on motorsport and automotive clients, for which we’re busy creating a profile in both trade and consumer media.

A PR account manager is required to become an important team member within a busy agency based in Buckinghamshire. Key aspects of the role would be the production of a broad range of written materials integral to client campaigns, including press releases, features, interviews and a range of complementary PR materials.

The account manager would be responsible for day-to-day client liaison, working with PR managers and senior directors in-house within a range of companies and organisations. The PR manager would be required to proactively contribute, with creative and pragmatic ideas, to client strategies - both long term and short term. The account manager would be resourceful and mature in their abilities to take decisions and drive their own projects and tasks.

Key personal skills will include first-class writing abilities, a pleasant and effective telephone manner, a highly organised approach to often-pressured deadlines and, at times, a heavy workload. Management and mentoring of junior team members would be required.

Language skills an advantage as well as a sense of humour!
