Group Marketing Manager

Our client is a well established international leisure company based on the South Coast who are looking to bring on board a Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for 3 brands within the group. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities to include:
Overall responsibility in formulating marketing plans
Responsible for the PR & Events Co-ordinator and a Graphic Designer
A flare for creating and directing campaigns that will meet the company's strategic objectives
Responsible for the overall marketing budget
Execute all marketing communications
Excellent internal communications
Able to understand and manage company database
Skills required:
Degree in Marketing or a post-graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing
Successful track record in Marketing in the leisure industry
Experience in both managing budgets and exhibitions
Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) would be advantageous
Good all rounder, able to drive and manage the team
