A significant proportion of your experience should be at agency and preferably in financial services, this will have given you a superb knowledge of the markets this leading agency operate in and this will be necessary in order to meet the demands of this role and it’s responsibilities.You may also have had some 6 years career experience in a related industry e.g. fund management, journalism, non financial PR (or a suitable combination of financial PR and relevant career experience).
Your Role as a Financial Account Director
You will lead your teams in a motivating and inspiring way.
You will be responsible to the Associate Director or Partner in their team for the professional handling of all client matters – from the prioritisation and division of tasks to the financial management of client budgets.
You will develop and build on your deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, the market place and the issues affecting them.
You will use your insight to secure and develop new business with those clients.
You will play a pivotal role for clients, involving the relevant partner where necessary, and coaching, motivating and giving clear direction to account managers and executives.
