Scouting all CRM guru's! Marketing Scout is urgently on the scout for a CRM manager to join a fast growing consumer leisure brand in the North West.
With a wealth of data available to you, this role is a customer marketers dream! You will be responsible for analysing, segmenting and profiling customers by spend, lifestyle and frequency and then devising a multi-channel customer relationship marketing strategy for this exciting brand.
Your role as CRM Manager will be to provide the wider marketing team with the intelligence and insight into how current and lapsed customers behave and to work closely with the commercial and communications teams to develop and implement targeted and relevant activity to increase long term customer value and increase loyalty.
In order to be considered for this important position, you must have significant customer marketing/ relationship management experience within a dynamic B2C organisation and relevant qualifications. You must have the ability to think strategically as well as be able to respond to a constant changing market place in order to maximise long and short term business goals.
You will manage a small team and work across several internal departments, so previous leadership and management experience is required. This is a high profile role within the business and so the successful individual must ooze confidence and the ability to influence at all levels.
