This smart, successful and inspiring “Award Winning” specialist PR consultancy are looking for an Account Manager who can come into this role and hit the ground running to join their dynamic and fast moving team!
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of PR accounts. You will build up relationship with clients; supervise the account teams ensuring they receive the necessary guidance to carry out their work efficiently and to the correct standard. You will provide inspirational leadership/management, exhibit an upbeat and ‘can do’ attitude and set the bar for excellence.
You will need to have proven background within an agency with B2B, business development experience, including pitching – preparation and delivery.
-Experience in client management.
-Be a strong team player together with good leadership skills.
-Mature, confident, presentable and professional Good client relationship management capabilities
-'Self starter' nature and able to grasp a fresh challenge and assume responsibility.
-Motivated by a dynamic, growing and opportunistic environment
-Ability to manage and develop others
-Have the ability to pitch to the media and to the client and sell back successes
-Experience in managing team and people development.
