- Press Officer - Peer / Business Leader - to £35,000
This leading drinks business is fronted by one of the UK's leading businessmen and entrepreneurs, who has recently been elected to the House of Lords. As an active figure in UK politics and business he needs a Press Officer to specifically focus on raising his profile and securing coverage for himself and the brand on a range of business and political issues. This is a rare and exciting opportunity and will involve dealing with national print and broadcast media, specifically business editors, and on a range of issues. Candidates with experience of public affairs, CEO profiling, corporate PR and with outstanding media contacts are encouraged to apply. The role would be operating in the FMCG / drinks sector but while it is fronting a consumer brand, the role itself is corporate, political and business led.
The role:
• Raise the profile of entrepreneur / peer of House of Lords
• Secure high-end coverage in national print and broadcast media
• Liaise with international PR agencies
Your experience:

• Publicising senior business figures / CEOs
