Our client is one of the most successful and innovative financial services businesses in the region. They have been continually growing in terms of size, revenue and profit and are flourishing as market leaders in their specialism. Due to an internal promotion they are now looking to recruit a communications executive to work across the full mix of internal and external communications. You must have experience in PR from either an agency or client-side perspective and will be able to provide evidence of devising and managing external PR campaigns across regional, national and trade press both B2B and B2C. Working with the PR agencies you will develop case studies for press, proactively positioning the business in a positive light, you'll also cover reputation management with a focus on the CSR initiative and will handle press queries. On the internal side you will source stories and manage the production of the internal magazine as well as working on the intranet and managing the employee incentive schemes. You really do need to be an excellent PR professional with the ability to work across broader comms and a desire to join a business that will offer you long-term development and progression opportunities.
