Job Description

CPRE Oxfordshire was founded in 1931 and has been actively protecting Oxfordshires countryside and rural communities for over 80 years. We are part of the national charity CPRE (The Campaign to Protect Rural England).

With many challenges ahead, from government planning reforms to HS2, our campaigns need to be more effective than ever. Can you help?

We want to step up our communications to help attract volunteers, recruit members and increase income. We need a passionate PR all-rounder someone with exceptional communication skills who is as happy with social media as traditional press. Website and publication skills are essential, e-newsletter and desk top publishing experience helpful.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our communications and engage new audiences with CPRE Oxfordshires campaigns.

This is a two year post in the first instance. Salary c. £10,000, based on 15 hours per week, days/hours to be negotiated. The post is based at our Branch office near Wheatley with flexibility for some home working.
