A small and highly respected consumer Public Relations agency is looking for a professional and polished Account Director to help make their London-based team even more successful. The new Account Director will take an active and inspiring lead across a highly attractive and diverse portfolio of Consumer, FMCG, and Food and Drink accounts working in conjunction with leading advertising agencies on integrated campaigns. This is a totally unique role offering the opportunity to really grow and develop professionally along with a thriving agency and integrated approach.

Leading across an interesting variety of accounts - the new Account Director will be at the helm of some successful exceptionally influential, engaging and innovative PR campaigns. To be considered you will need to be comfortable and capable at this highly senior level and have a great track record, interest in the food industry and be able to work with celebrity chefs, oversee the creation of photographic and film content and attend media events.

The winning candidate will demonstrate an ability and desire to actively contribute to the growth and development of new accounts and the company as a whole. That means experience and expertise with pitching and growth strategy as well as a good knowledge of PR strategy for clients. The successful candidate will motivate the team, encouraging excellent client servicing skills all round and also manage client relationships at senior level, providing quality strategic advice.

If you are a results-oriented, tenacious and passionate Account Director, with excellent leadership and communication skills this is the position for you. To be considered, you must have solid Consumer Food and Lifestyle PR experience, preferably working within an agency setting. A strong understanding of social media is also essential.

The right individual for this role would have excellent writing and media relations skills.
