Job Description

A hugely successful, global Public Relations agency requires an established Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join their thriving Issues and Crisis team in London. This agency prides itself on their fantastic client base. They seek an experienced account handler who will naturally take to the role and service major clients with ease, helping to create and implement powerful PR campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for a driven and focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear passion for PR. Working with an exciting mix of clients, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative PR campaigns, ensuring that all clients receive fantastic support and their business objectives are met.

You will also play a pivotal role in winning new business and play a significant part in confidently pitching to clients and supporting new business proposals.

They're seeking someone who is:

- A strategic thinker with experience of strategic Issues and Crisis management
- Used to working as part of an integrated agency team
- Gifted with strong presenting skills
- A team player with strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledgeable about the digital landscape
- A creative thinker, delivering solutions to challenges
- A good writer and verbal communicator with presentation and pitch writing skills
- Someone with strong financial management skills, (invoicing, budget tracking)

The winning candidate will have relevant Issues & Crisis PR experience, ideally working on big, well-known brands. Agency experience is highly desired, as is experience delivering targeted campaigns. You must also have fantastic communication skills and proven media relations and client consultation skills.
