One of the Uks leading names in the outdoor industry based in Coventry is currently looking to recruit a temporary Publications Administration Assistant to cover maternity leave.
Initially the post will be for 6mths and would be ideal for a strong team player who is looking to start their first marketing communications role.
Reporting to the Editor of Publications, you will assist the Editor with general administrative tasks as well as look after all correspondence for the Publications team.
To succeed in this role you will:
· Possess excellent administration skills.
· Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
· Have good verbal and written communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
· Have the ability to communicate at all levels.
· Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Have good planning and organisation skills
The client request that applicants have proven experience working in a busy administration environment or marketing team.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 4.45 pm and boasts a very competitive salary for a junior post.
