Job Description

A prestigious, massively successful multi-divisional Public Relations agency is looking for an ambitious and professional Senior Account Manager or budding Account Director to join their successful Energy and Industrials division based in London. This is a unique opportunity where the winning candidate will have the opportunity to work with some well-known, prestigious clients across an interesting mix of accounts.

Working on an exciting array of impressive Energy and Industrial accounts, you will be an integral member of the team and will drive the effective development and delivery of PR campaigns; ensuring that deadlines are met and results surpass client expectations by leading, motivating and inspiring junior team members.

You will negotiate with journalists, specialists and key opinion leaders on behalf of the client as well as keeping the client up-to-date with progress reports and communications. You will also maximise and leverage existing media relationships and proactively generate new contacts with senior journalists and other stakeholders. Implementing and managing sell-ins to achieve clients' coverage aims is also a key part of this role.

To be considered for this position you must have:

To be eligible for this first-class role, you must have excellent writing and communication skills, a good news sense and PR experience which should ideally be gained by working in a PR agency in a similarly senior role. The winning candidate will know how to foster relations with stakeholders.
