Our client is one of the top 10 law firms in the UK, and are looking for a Head of PR to join their Business Development and Communications team. As Head of Public Relations you will be responsible for developing and managing a fully integrated PR strategy for the firm, including building and retaining strong media relations with national, regional and trade press as well as running the firm's in-house press office. You will manage a small internal team as well as a network of regional agencies. This role involves; developing practise specific media campaigns, building strong relations with partners and other internal experts identified as key spokespeople and identifying media opportunities for selected spokespeople and building the firms brand through positive PR coverage.
This is an important and senior role within the business and requires a confident, well rounded and experienced individual, who is used to working with partners and board members as well as being able to manage, develop and motivate an internal team and external agencies. The ideal candidate will already have significant PR management experience gained within a professional services environment.
