A unique opportunity has arisen within a top ten Accountancy Firm for a Senior CRM Marketing and Communications Manager.
The CRM Business Manager will be responsible for daily management of the CRM system and for setting, agreeing and meeting the budget for the system and related structures (in conjunction with the UKIT Relationship Manager for IT specific spend).
This will involve;
-Working with stakeholders to develop CRM strategy to ensure delivery of business benefits and to drive business usage.
-Taking responsibility for the setting and reviewing the target metrics for CRM development through CRM implementation Group Members
-Ensuring CRM Strategy is aligned with the objectives of the Client Experience
-Understanding and providing advice on, business requirements of CRM
-Taking responsibility for maintaining knowledge of advances in CRM thinking, through an ongoing relationship with PeopleSoft and other external sources of CRM knowledge.
The successful candidate will be able to influence and challenge senior internal stakeholders, possess project and cost management skills, be a self motivator with strong negotiation and facilitation skills with proven experience in a similar role.
