A niche Architectural Practice is seeking a Business Development and Communications Manager to continue the stand alone role that has been existing in the practice for the past three years.
The Business Development and Communications Manager will be able to continue the research and processes carried out to establish key areas of potential work, whilst maintaining the practice's reputation for high quality design across a variety of sectors. Applicants should be strong communicators with the media, to other businesses and within the practice. They will need to be able to deliver a marketing strategy, reviewing it annually to ensure it is still in line with the core business aims.
The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, be an excellent copywriter, juggle conflicting deadlines and have a good feel for the practice brand. It is essential that the incumbent has excellent skills in InDesign, Word and Excel with a proven career in a similar role within the Architectural / Construction / Design field.
