A renowned architectural firm is advertising a unique opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join their creative support staff.
The Marketing Assistant will play a dual role in back office management, assisting the Director and Partners in prequalification and tender submissions and assisting in all events and conferences management.
Key responsibilities are to include;
-Assisting in bids, prequals and award submissions carried out to a consistent level of high quality output.
-Assisting in gathering information for internal presentations to staff.
-Assisting in all events and conferences, including invites, attendance stand manning, bookings, catering, supplier liaison and venue search etc.
-Maintaining the London marketing calendar including award submissions, dinners, industry conferences, internal events and presentations.
-Scanning journals for information relating to clients / sectors / locations.
