An expanding mid sized law firm is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual for the role of marketing administrator to work within their London office.
The successful candidate will be working within the firms central marketing and communications team and will be reporting to the head of marketing.
Daily duties include;
- assisting with the organisation of firm wide events and seminars
- working closely with IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel on the coordination of partners diaries and meetings
- attending weekly meetings to discuss the development of the team's marketing plan
- ensuring all mailing lists are out on time
- updating the intranet
- answering enquiries that come through to the department
The successful candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role within the professional services industry and have advanced skills using both Microsoft Word and Excel.
