Job Description

An award-winning agency, based in the hub of central London, is looking for a successful Senior Account Manager to join their growing Change and Internal Communications team. The company is seeking an individual who can help more senior colleagues to dramatically push their growth in the coming twelve months with a marked focus on growing the team. This is a pivotal role which will involve client acquisition and liaison and will involve guiding more junior members of the team to create outstanding results for clients and for the agency overall.

To be considered, you will be results-oriented, tenacious and impeccably knowledgeable, with excellent leadership, communication and client-consultation skills. This is a role for someone who is constantly developing professionally and building on their talent. You must also be able to influence and teach others easily. Extensive experience, in a similar role is of course, a must, in order to be eligible.

You must also have:

- A background in PR agencies
- Strong commercial understanding of Change, Internal Communications and employee engagement
- Relationship management talent honed in an agency environment
- The ability to deal with complex business issues with ease

To be considered you must also possess the ability to write compelling proposals, communicate gracefully and present and pitch with confidence and flair. Candidates must already be working at Senior Account Manager level or could be an Account Manager looking to step up.
