The Role
A senior corporate communications role required to build a team of corporate communications experts which will develop, manage and execute corporate campaigns across its key blue-chip clients. To develop and implement campaigns with dedicated specialists within the agency and use their experience to engage with clients at the highest level.

Reporting lines
Reporting to:
Director or MD depending on the level of appointment
Direct reports:
Corporate Communications team – once established

Business and Service Development

Developing a practice within that offers:
senior media counsel around key corporate issues
develop corporate campaigns which use multiple channels to reach the target audience. These channels might include conferences, influencers such as NGOs and education establishments and the media. You will be expected to deal with Internal communications programmes and writing executive speeches. You will build on the existing issues management capability within the agency.

Your Skills
• A combination of in-house corporate communications and agency experience
• A thorough understanding of corporate PR and how it works
• An understanding of public affairs and how public affairs works as part of the corporate communications mix to develop impactful engaging campaigns
• If worked outside the technology sector but with a keen interest in it
• Be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering against the key areas highlighted above
• Have a basic understanding of the impact of the internet on corporate communications
• Strong leadership skills working across teams and line management
• Proven track record in handling corporate issues and managing crises
