Internal & Comms Executive Transport /Logistics - Midlands
This company is the European market leader in global express, logistics and international services. The international operation is focused on key areas of world trade in Europe, Asia, North America and South America. They also have strong domestic networks in Australia and all major European countries including the United Kingdom and Ireland. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Communications Executive to join the team. The role will be predominately internal communication although you will need to be capable of working across the broad communications spectrum
The role:
• Develop and implement internal communications for the business Express Services UK and Ireland
• Be capable of working across the broad communications spectrum
• Play a leading role in shaping the content, tone and mode of delivering key messages to all internal audiences.
• Work closely with global colleagues to ensure a best practice approach
• Ability to respond to fast moving environment
Your experience:
• Proven experience in a similar role or in an agency environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong aptitude for recognising and developing stories/features
• Comfortable and confident when working with wide range of personal through to Board level
• Knowledge of the express delivery market or B2B service industry desirable
