- Communications Manager - c£55,000
The Marketing & Communications team of this company is responsible for the management and implementation the marketing and corporate communications strategies.
The team includes six team members in London and three in Minneapolis, and is supported by two PR agencies and two design consultancies. The team is responsible for a number of areas including: external and internal communications, media relations, financial PR, corporate communications, brand management, advertising, marketing communications, electronic communications, event management and corporate sponsorships.
The Role:
• Work closely with the Team Leader of Marketing & Communications and the Group's PR agencies
• Work with the Group's core business divisions to develop and implement media relations programmes
• Co-ordinate internal communications including the editing of the Group's weekly internal newsletter
• Drafting of written communications including press releases, awards submissions, scripts, website copy, marketing materials,
• The role will be London based (City) although you ill be expected to travel overseas from time to time.
Your experience:
• A graduate with strong communications experience
• Either agency or client side experience
• International exp and financial services experience would be preferable.
• Track record in media relations/communications
• A flexible approach to accommodate cultural differences
