This dynamic specialist technology PR agency are seeking an Account Director with the passion to build a new area of their business. The agency has been going for over 20 years and has built its reputation globally in the technology and telecoms sectors. The agency has high profile blue chip clients based in the Asia Pacific markets, US and Europe - so the potential to expand your horizons in the PR world are very real.
As an Account Director you will be ambitious, driven and highly professional. You will be able to add value to this small but growing team of PR professionals, being part of the agency growth, developing existing business within a newly identified marketing, 'the medical technology' market. The Account Director will be involved in pitching to existing and new clients to leverage growth potential and mentoring members of your account team to reach their potential.
This is a very real opportunity to add value, make a difference and be rewarded for your efforts. This PR Account Director will also be part of the general management of the company and take personal responsibility for recruitment & selection, development and finance of the accounts.
The PR Account Director will be able to build the team, develop highly effective and sustained client relationships and ensure that profitable revenue streams are maintained for these clients.
The successful Account Director will have knowledge of the PR industry and B2B sector - if you have any medical technology sector experience this would be a distinct plus! You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. An interest in technology is obviously an advantage!
