HEAD OF PR

A highly innovative integrated agency who specialise in the development of marketing communication solutions for the under 30’s is looking for a ‘special’ FMCG PR Director to join their team and develop their PR offering. They’re looking for someone who can ensure new buisnes growth and that all PR activity is executed with excellence.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s ready to break away from their existing FMCG PR agency and wants to set up on their own but would prefer to join an existing growing, exciting company and run their own division…

The Company

· Integrated agency who specialise in under 30’s.

· Cover insight and planning, PR, field marketing and promotional staff, facebook at MySpace, Blog, You Tube.

· Develop experiential activity and events, influencer programmes as well as editorial and promotional partnerships that deliver.

· Top blue chip FMCG clients from drinks, entertainment, mobile, music, finance, electronic, toiletries

· Aim is to be the leading authority on under 30’s – offering unique solutions across the mix.

· They specialise in creating communication ideas that encourage customer engagements and have a unique under 30’s research network to ensure they really understand the market

· In addition to traditional media channels they seed stories through – blogging, social networks and online media.

· Based in London Bridge

· Team of 50.

· Plans to set up in Europe and America

The Role and Person:

· Looking for a Head of PR to head up PR division.

· Offer the infrastructure, the team, the resource and new business manager in place.

· Manage a team of 3.

· Opportunity to join the management team and get equity stake

· PR Director who has strong background in FMCG PR and has excellent existing relationships.

· You are at least a Group Account Director and have a background in experiential activity, influencer outreach and amazing list of media contacts

· Excited and passionate about growing an already established company and really has the ambition and drive to make a difference

· Looking for someone who believes that PR is bigger than press cuttings

· Looking for someone who can create PR that provides a route for brands to communicate with the tough under 35 audience

· Understand how to talk to the under 35s through their language and the places they get news
